We cancelled the July 28 event when only 30 cars showed up, and tried to have one on August 4 at which we only had 50 cars and it still ended up cancelled due to an early downpour.. August 11 was the third straight rainy Monday cruise-in we cancelled due to Michigan's heaviest rain fall since 1925.
This album contains about 60 photos of those 50 awesome - die hard cruisers who still came to Lakeside Circle on another gloomy day on 8-4. We did award 10 of our 9x12 plaques to the outstanding cars that ended up dripping wet...along with all their drivers.
